What's Available for 2010?
This year 'Wave' petunias will be in abundance in a much wider variety of colors! Along with the standard Purple, Pink and Blue there will also be Red, Coral and White. Double Wave's will be back, too!
Because of customer requests, GGG will carry a few varieties of the Supertunia petunia line this season. This is a new variety for us, and we are excited to offer them to our loyal customers.
The ever versatile Perilla 'Magilla' will once again have a spot to fill in your containers or garden. This is a wonderful plant that does well in sun or shade, although the coloring is much brighter in partial-full sun. It makes a great center piece or companion plant to the Waves.
Euphorbia 'Diamond Frost' is a pure white blooming filler plant for containers. Once it reaches it's full glory, you will be amazed at how much 'color' white actually has. It will set of any nearby plants brilliantly.
Double Impatiens, Trailing Impatiens, Verbena, Lantana, Miniature petunia, Gaura, Penta and Golden Bacopa are just a few of the other specialty plants that will be available for your Dutch Garden containers.
Tried & true plants that Grandma always grew always have a place at GGG too. Marigolds, Zinnia, Petunia, Cosmos, Salvia, Alyssum, and Portulaca varieties have proven themselves as hardy in our area. These dependable plants handle our hot, humid, dry summers like champions. As an added bonus, these make great fillers for large areas. Be sure to mix them with your specialty plants for fantastic combinations at a very affordable price!
